Year 11 Recipes
w/c 16 September - Scones
Ingredients:
250g self-raising flour
1 rounded tsp baking powder (supplied at school)
40g butter
1 large free range egg
100ml milk (approx.)
Choose ONE of the following:
- Option 1 - Plain Scones: 25g sugar
- Option 2 – Fruit Scones: 50g mixed dried fruit or 50g sultanas or 50g glace cherries (chopped)
- Option 3 – Cheese Scones: 150g grated cheese (spices suppled at school)
- Option 4 – Students to agree their choice of flavour with Miss Djemil before the lesson
