Parents or carers wishing to contact the Chair of Governors, or any other Governors, should write to Yvonne Everall, at the school or by email to yvonne.everall@oxted.thpt.org.uk

Please note that if you wish to make a complaint, you are required to follow the THPT Responding to Concerns Policy which has a distinct protocol for resolving issues and is available on our Policies page.  If complainants need to raise an issue, they should do so in the first instance with the relevant member of staff who will seek to establish a solution. If they are not satisfied with this response and believe the issue has not been resolved, the matter will be escalated to a member of the senior leadership team.

If the matter cannot be concluded informally and the complainant wishes to progress to the formal stage, the procedures detailed in the Responding to Concerns Policy should be used. Governors will not become involved in the complaints process unless, in the unlikely event, the process reaches Stage 3 of the formal process.
